Distribution Award presentation to Symmetron

The relationship between Omron and Symmetron began officially only four years ago, when both companies entered into a distributor agreement. Every year, Symmetron has grown its sales of Omron products, even during recession periods. In particular, 2010 has been a very successful year. This special award was presented to Symmetron for their outstanding activity levels in promoting Omron’s ranges of switches, relays, connectors and sensors during the last 12 months.

Symmetron’s Vice-President Andrey Ognevskiy remarked: “Omron has become a very reliable supplier. We very much have the feeling that they support us in all aspects of our activities. During the last few years, we have worked closely together in partnership. This has benefitted our mutual customers who have access to Omron’s high quality switching and sensing devices, alongside Symmetron’s leading service levels. We want to continue this great co-operation, so that we achieve continued future growth.”

Symmetron is one of the largest distributors of electronic components in Russia. The company was founded in 1993. It has affiliations in all main industrial cities of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, and has technical staff able to fully support the Omron product range. Symmetron has been promoting Omron products in this region since 2007. The last 12 month period 1st April 2010 to 31st March resulted in a very impressive sales growth in comparison with the same period one year earlier.
